convenient hotel in top location
easy access friendly staff
i found the hotel location fantastic, with easy access to transport. the staff were friendly. breakfast had good vegetarian options. i also appreciated the complimentary electrical adapter.
The room walls seemed thin. I could hear neighbours, which disturbed my sleep.

the hotel is centrally located with sightseeing attractions accessible by foot, and public transport is nearby, therefore offering great convenience. the lake is reachable within a few minutes from the hotel.

the comfort double room i stayed in was large, it was clean. an iron and ironing board were provided upon request for my convenience, it was helpful. the beds were comfortable.

Superb Hotel Stay!
clean facility huge selection great location friendly staff
The breakfast had such a huge selection. I loved the clean facilities! The location is great. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. I especially appreciated their efficiency. It.
The key was heavy, and I needed to drop it at the lobby each time I left the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the perfect bedding, the mattress was fine. The staff were polite and kind. Breakfast had standard choices.
The gym was marketed in the photos. They want extra money for it.

Excellent Stay in a Central Location
fresh salmon beef patties easy transport free fruit
The breakfast offered many choices. Fresh salmon was available daily and the beef patties were a highlight. Public transportation was easily accessible. The hotel is a short walk to a Coop supermarket and the Stockstrasse tram stop, which offers convenient access to various attractions. I also appreciated the fruit selection at the front desk.
The heavy keys must be dropped at the lobby before leaving the hotel.

noisy air con rude customer service
the included breakfast was appreciated. it offered a decent start to the day.
the air con unit was noisy and not really effective i thought. the hardness controls on the mattress did not seem to work, so i struggled to get comfortable. customer service seemed a bit rude too, which wasn't great.

a good stay near the lake
great location breakfast selection spacious room
The location is fantastic. It is near the lake and multiple tram stops (very convenient for exploring!). the breakfast offered a wide selection of options, including some good local pastries. the room was very spacious and the bathroom included excellent toiletries.
the bar hours are slightly limited.

The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. They provided directions and recommendations. the reception team was very attentive and check-in was handled very efficiently, it made for a great beginning.

The room was super clean and well-kept. The bed was particularly comfortable. air conditioning worked well (always a plus), and i had a great night's sleep. storage space was sufficient for all my needs.
